Lucy is a small child of pale skin. Her dress is torn towards the bottom and is covered in patchwork. She is incredibly thin regardless of how much she eats. She is never seen without her brother Rotharion and never leaves his sight. She often dances or preforms other acts as for him on their travels. She loves hearing stories and often eavesdrops whenever she begins to hear an interesting one, though her short attention span and undead status often means she doesn't stick around for long. Often at the usher of her brother's attempts to hide her true nature while traveling through areas with people nearby. Her body has been unnaturally strengthened due to necrotic energies however she still avoids melee combat (or combat of any kind). She is often right behind her brother.

Pale Aura: This is an invisible aura that radiates 10 feet off of Lucy. Metamagic feats have a -1 level (minimum 0) when a spell of necromancy is used to cast within it. (Ex. A quickened Ray of Enfeeblement would usually take a level 4 (level one spell +3 from the quickened feat) spell slot. While within Pale Aura, it would only be a level 3 (level one spell +3-1 from the quickened feat and pale aura.) While Rotharion doesn't need a reason to keep her close by, he is aware and will take advantage of this.
Pale Wasting: Supernatural Disease spread by bite; DC12 (the DC is charisma based) incubation 1 day, damage 1d6 Str and 1d6 Con.

Lucy uses her spells recklessly and will often find herself out of spell slots before noon. She doesn't fully understand she can only cast so many and gets frustrated when they don't work.

Backstory (see Rotharion Duskbane for more details): Lucy always looks up to and adores her older brother. She always loved to follow him and hated to see him leaving when he was drafted. She was often looked at and adored by the townspeople but her parents regularly punished her for being "unladylike". One of their punishments of withholding food went too far. The necromantic energies that Rotharion was radiating ended up being the thing that allowed her to return as a Slaymate and his eternal companion. She was so excited to see his return she didn't even relies she died at first, only after a while did she realize she was an undead and doesn't fully understand or care what that means.


Motivations: She just likes travelling with Rotharion. She likes eating candy, meat, and any bugs she might catch and fit in her mouth but refuses to eat any vegetables. When she gets tired of walking she will usually crawl onto his back and take a nap (also recovering her spells for the day, completely by accident.) She will often talk to her brother for hours on end and enjoys things normal kids do, running, dancing, singing, being funny, and causing chaos (though not enough to be considered of the chaotic alignment). She has a very short attention span and is often distracted and abandons pursuits and interests quickly. Rotharion being the doting (and frankly, spoiling) brother he is often spares no expense for her when he can. Getting her everything she desires without a second thought and feels money well spent if it makes her happy for longer than 5 seconds.
